Rank 1 Team: England
Rank 1 Batsman: Ian Morgan
Rank 1 Bowler: Ajantha Mendis
Rank 1 Allrounder: Shane Watson
England Current World T20 champions though placed on top as Best T20 Team have a danger to loose their number 1 rank to Sri Lanka if they loose the upcoming T20 to India.
In that case Sri Lanka would ahead of World t20 coming in their home country, will be very enthused by the top ranking.
Team Rankings
England | 1 | 127 |
Sri Lanka | 2 | 126 |
New Zealand | 3 | 117 |
South Africa | 4 | 113 |
India | 5 | 112 |
India who were the inaugural T20 champions are down 5th. They will have to perform very consistently with their young side if they wish proclaim the authority in all forms of game. Recent England tour even threatened the tag of World ODI champions and No 1 test team. But hopefully India can repeat and continue the 4-0 lead with one win each in ODI and T20 to make the white wash complete and their respect intact.
Suresh Raina is India's best T20 batsman ranked at 5th and surprisingly None of the Indian players figured out in Top 5 bowlers and All rounder list of ICC T20 Player rankings.
Retired (?) Shahid Afridi the Pakistan's Allrounder and former captain is still handsome 2nd in the T20 Allrounder's list.
